Marketing + Admin Assistant Position
Due to taking on a couple of exciting new projects, Violet James Studio are looking for a passionate, energetic assistant to join the team for the summer.
We are a Queen’s Park, London based architectural, interior design company, focused on creating timeless interiors for busy people.
Working at a small company you will have exposure to all elements of the design process as well as the sales and marketing strategy, so the ideal candidate will be someone who is keen to learn and really make a difference.
The position is initially a 2 month contract, with the potential to extend. We are looking for somebody to join on a part-time (equivalent to 2 days per week) basis to assist with project admin and drive forward our marketing vision.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with project admin for several central London projects
· Design and produce marketing material (including blogs and brochures)
· Assist in the content creation and running of all social media platforms
The ideal candidate will:
· Have university / work experience in marketing / PR, interior design / architecture or sales
· Be organised and efficient with excellent administrative skills
· Have the ability to multitask and take initiative
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills
· Have a passion for marketing and interior design
· Must be proficient in Microsoft packages and ideally able to use Adobe Photoshop
· Most importantly, will be creative and happy to put ideas forward
You will be required to work remotely one day a week and from our home office or co-working space for the other.
